Flame and plasma cutting

We do flame and plasma cutting in two stations. Flame cutting is done up 150 mm material thickness.

Chamfer flame cut

We use Fanuc -robots for chamfer flame cutting.

Bending and mangling

Steel plates are bent with two NC controlled bending stations, Aliko 400t and Virtanen 450t. In addition to these we use a three-roll NC controlled mangle for bending various shapes.
